Stephen Warden

Stephen Warden is a CPA, CA and CM. Now a partner with MNP LLP in its Public Company Group, he previously was a partner with KPMG LLP in Toronto. Steve provides audit and advisory services to financial services, factoring and finance companies, and was an audit partner and auditor of Accord from 1980 to 2006. He is a Director of the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada and was appointed to the Board in July, 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
